The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices including an eggs-to-order station. It was VERY convenient. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to most places. This was definitely a plus. I appreciate free access to Soluna Beach Club with an included shuttle bus as well.

some issues with our stay

poor lightingfoul odor

I found the room lighting insufficient. It was difficult to do simple tasks like packing without using my phone's light. also, despite stating their policy on extra bed charges, i have rarely paid for a rollaway bed in my travels. The insistence on charging felt a bit rigid. the smell outside the elevator on the 11th floor was unpleasant a foul musty odor and it seemed related to the ac system.

The staff was helpful . They helped me retrieve an important item i had left in a taxi. i was grateful for their swift action and dedication. the hotel provided free shuttle bus access to many locations and the soluna beach club. the pool had a fine view of burj khalifa and i found breakfast to have an excellent selection.

the elevators sometimes had longer wait times, slightly inconvenient.

I found the hotel staff to be very polite and willing to help with everything. They provided advice on the best ways to get around the area. I particularly appreciated the variety of facilities and amenities available. The comfortable beds and clean rooms were a highlight for me.

The lighting in the room could have been better. There should be an option to have it brighter.
