The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices including an eggs-to-order station. It was VERY convenient. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to most places. This was definitely a plus. I appreciate free access to Soluna Beach Club with an included shuttle bus as well.

poor lightingfoul odor

I found the room lighting insufficient. It was difficult to do simple tasks like packing without using my phone's light. also, despite stating their policy on extra bed charges, i have rarely paid for a rollaway bed in my travels. The insistence on charging felt a bit rigid.

The staff was helpful . They helped me retrieve an important item i had left in a taxi. i was grateful for their swift action and dedication. the hotel provided free shuttle bus access to many locations and the soluna beach club. the pool had a fine view of burj khalifa and i found breakfast to have an excellent selection.

the front desk reviewed cctv footage and found the taxi's plate number. the staff made an online request to the taxi cab company at the rta. i received my diary back within an hour.

I found the hotel staff to be very polite and willing to help with everything. They provided advice on the best ways to get around the area. I particularly appreciated the variety of facilities and amenities available. The comfortable beds and clean rooms were a highlight for me.

The lighting in the room could have been better. There should be an option to have it brighter.
